it is your hometown, Battle frontier(can't get or do anything until you beat elite four, has a gym(my gym, the dragon gym) and the elite 4, i am champion, i only go into my spot when a challenger pops
up, has Professor Johns lab, the eighth, Battle Frontier and Pokemon League are here, you have to have beat Battle Tournament House at least one time to find the mew out in the field
Wellow City( has wi-fi plaza, first gym)
Mt. Diab(where you find main poke, but you have to reach the top and battle it there)
